It's just nothing new.The pros: It's short and to the point. It takes the essence of what most, much longer books of the same sort say and wraps it up into an easier to swallow package. Plus, the exercises are actually fairly practical and reasonable. Should a reader follow through, it will likely profitable.
The cons: Same old, same old. Nilsson doesn't add anything to the discussion, and another motivational book of this sort isn't going to change much. Just reading a book usually isn't sufficient to change the systems people are caught in, including the ones of their own making.
